Ultrafiltered Precision Instrument Oils

The NPE-UC oils are a series of ultra-clean, light to medium viscosity, amber colored

synthetic ester-based lubricating oils inhibited against oxidation and wear.

They are designed to operate over the temperature range of -40oC to 150oC.

These oils are excellent boundary lubricants and eliminate problems associated

with "stick-slip" motion in bearings, clutches, brakes and gears. Low vapor pressures

and pour points have led to widespread use in aerospace applications.

These are ester base fluids and may adversely affect paints and elastomers in

systems designed for petroleum base fluids. They are compatible with systems

using fluids conforming to MIL-L-7808, MIL-L-6085, and MIL-L-23699.
